In conjunction with the Year of Giving, the National Archives of the United Arab Emirates, in cooperation with the branch of the Red Crescent Authority in Abu Dhabi, completed a charitable initiative represented in building five mosques and digging two water wells.
It is noteworthy that the mosques and water project has been known as the "Mosques of the National Archives", and these mosques accommodate approximately 800 worshipers, and are distributed in: Mauritania, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Mali, and India. As for the water wells, they are in India and Mali, and all these projects are 100 percent completed. .
The National Archives thanked the Red Crescent Authority for its cooperation, as well as its employees for their generous donations, and expressed its appreciation for the generous donation that falls within the framework of social responsibility, and noble charitable and humanitarian work with its goals and visions that go beyond the borders of the Emirates to reach the needy. The National Archives considered this humanitarian work. On the other hand, and in conjunction with the Year of Giving, the National Archives also organized at its headquarters the “Dish of Goodness” initiative, which came as part of its series of community and humanitarian initiatives. The necessity of sharing the capable person and appreciating the grace that God has bestowed upon man by generalizing that grace to the needy regardless of race, gender or color.
